Dynamic yoga

Revl's dynamic yoga class, Yoga Flow leads you through a series of postures designed to cultivate heat, strengthen the body and improve flexibility. This flowing sequence will have you feeling energised and empowered while adding in some delicious restorative poses towards the end - a stress release for the body and mind. Suited to all levels.

Revl Everest

Everest is Revl’s new HIIT workout that’ll lift your game to all new heights, giving you the boost you need to knock the top off any challenge that comes your way. Suitable for all fitness levels, Everest delivers a range of full-body strength and cardio workouts that will have you alternating between three types of cardio equipment and floor-based moves.

Altitude
The higher you climb, the thinner the air gets. Your ability to conquer relies on your body’s ability to maximise oxygen to fill the lungs and fuel those muscles. With Altitude you'll play with Smartbars and steps, Assault bikes, Ski Ergs and Skillmills.
Gravity
Tackle Gravity and reach your summit. Whether we’re lifting, carrying, climbing or descending, our ability to succeed without injury comes with our ability to tackle gravity. With Gravity you'll play with  Smartbars and plates, Assault bikes, Ski Ergs and Skillmills.
Avalanche
Avalanche is our HIIT strength workout that throws everything in the mix – contrasting movements, slam balls, Smartbars and bodyweight moves. With Avalanche you’ll work out for descending time periods, building in intensity as the time gets shorter. This workout gives you the confidence you will always be able to summon that extra gear when you really need it.
Stormer
Stormer is the workout that builds your ability to deliver explosive power again and again – helping you stay in the lead when the pressure gets up. Similar to Avalanche, Stormer contrasts power moves with intense cardio bursts. By utilising explosive movements more muscles are engaged, burning more calories and delivering overall strength gains. With Stormer you'll play with slam balls, body-weight and Smartbars.
The Rush
Dynamic training at its best! The Rush has shorter intervals utilising speed, agility and power exercises to really lift your VO2 max. With The Rush you'll play with hex agility ladders, body-weight moves and slam balls.
Apex
Apex brings the speed and agility to your fitness repertoire with dynamic movements and short intense cardio bursts. Whether you’re stepping a crevasse or an opponent on the field, Apex will give you the moves to come out on top. With Apex you'll play with hex ladders and body-weight moves.
