Six action packed weeks of individual and team workouts taking your endurance, strength and speed to the next level while you soak up those primo summer mornings.

Inspired by team sport training and the fitness tests of NZ’s top athletes, you’ll get to test yourself against the likes of Beauden Barrett while having loads of fun with other Revlr's.

This is a 6 week training programme, held on the fields and hills surrounding Revl.
The programme includes 2 coached outdoor sessions per week (12 total) and a recommendation that each participant completes 1 Revl Strength class and 1 Restore class each week.

This programme is free to all Revl members but has very limited numbers so places are first come, first serve. Sign up under Small Group Training on your Revl app, or in the studio with the reception team.
