Kel’s fitness journey has evolved through almost every corner of the industry. From gym floor sessions and road cycling to mountain biking, running, CrossFit, indoor cycling, rowing and swimming. If it sounded like a challenge, he probably signed up for it. As a lifelong public servant, one thing that’s never changed is the place that’s always brought him the most energy: group training and coaching.
